FAQ
LibCyber official client supports Windows 7+ (64-bit), macOS Mojave+, Linux, Android, and HarmonyOS. macOS offers both Apple Silicon (M-series) and Intel versions. iOS users can use compatible clients (e.g. Shadowrocket).
After installation, open the client and log in with the email and password you registered on the website. Once logged in, select a node and click Connect. You may need to grant network permissions on first connection.
This is usually caused by corrupted config files. On Windows, type %AppData% in File Explorer's address bar, then delete the 'pirate' folder and restart the app. On macOS, open Finder, press Shift+Command+G, enter ~/Library/Application Support/, delete the 'pirate' folder and restart. If unable to delete, first quit all LibCyber processes in Task Manager / Activity Monitor.
Desktop: Find the LibCyber globe icon in the system tray/menu bar, right-click to open the main UI, then click the gear icon → Update Nodes. Android: tap the sidebar or gear icon → Update Nodes. If update fails, try switching networks (e.g. 4G/5G). After purchasing or renewing a plan, log out and log back in if nodes haven't updated.
If you have security software like Huorong installed, it may be blocking LibCyber's network traffic. Check Huorong's security log for blocked entries of LibCyber Desktop.exe or core processes, then add them to the allowed list under System Protection → Network Control. For other security software, check firewall settings similarly.
